CT27_2: Perform API 653 Inspection of In-service Breakout Tanks

Course describes the prerequisites and knowledge required for performing an API 653 inspection of in-service breakout tanks. It addresses the tank products, tank issues, inspection details, fall protection, and the abnormal operating conditions (AOCs) that may occur during an inspection of in-service breakout tanks.
