CT0661: Perform API 653 Inspection of Out-of-service Breakout Tanks

Course describes the prerequisites and knowledge required for performing an API 653 inspection of out-of-service breakout tanks. It addresses the tank products, tank issues, inspection details, tools and equipment, and the abnormal operating conditions (AOCs) that may occur during an inspection of out-of-service breakout tanks.
